Happy St. Patrick’s Day! We’re getting closer and closer to Spring! I can almost feel that warmth on my skin and the smell of flowers blossoming! I bought some supplies last weekend to make a spring floral wreath and finally finished it last night. These are super easy to make and much cheaper than buying your own. I purchased ALL items from my local Michael’s Craft store.
First, start by deciding which type of wreath base you would like to use
Gather some flowers of your choice and arrange them on the wreath
Use wire cutters to trim the excess stem
I bunched mine up and placed mine on one side. Then, I secured them with a burlap tie.
Next, I painted house numbers that were originally black to a bright white. They needed a few coats. I had originally used these on something else and touched them up. Wooden numbers would work just as well.
Then, attach a monogramed letter to your wreath using twine.
Next, attach your house numbers to your wreath using twine
Finally, attach a cute bow. I used a burlap bow.
Here’s my simple spring wreath 🙂
